ResumeDeck is a DossierDeck tool. DossierDeck is an independent software studio operated by its founder. Accessible from resume.dossierdeck.com.

1. Processing of Resume & Job Description Text

Your uploaded resume files (PDF, TXT) and pasted job description content are processed solely to calculate your live ATS match score, extract missing keywords, format executive summaries, and generate tailored resume and cover letter exports. We don't store your resume or job posting. They're processed to generate your result and then discarded, apart from short-lived technical logs. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal resume data or contact details to recruiters or third parties.

2. Service Processors

To provide ResumeDeck services, we rely on trusted industry processors: Stripe (payment processing), Google Cloud (cloud hosting and infrastructure), Gemini API (AI-assisted content analysis), Brevo (transactional and support email delivery), Google Analytics (traffic analysis), and Google Ads (conversion measurement).

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use the Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand usage and measure whether our ads lead to purchases, and an essential cookie to remember your pass.
